1. Acceptance

By accessing Exchange Photo (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You must be 13+ to register. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Content & Copyright

You may only upload photos you own or have rights to. By uploading, you grant Exchange Photo a non-exclusive license to display your photos. You retain all copyright ownership.

4. Coin System

Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are used solely for photo exchanges within the platform.

5. License Requests

Commercial license requests are handled directly between buyer and photographer. Exchange Photo bears no liability for such transactions.

6. Prohibited Content

Photos you do not own
Explicit or offensive content
Content that violates Vietnamese law
Spam or commercial advertising

7. Disclaimer

Exchange Photo is provided “as is” during beta. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.
